NOTES FOR THE PERFORMER
Nasty Nañigo is a mood sequence in Latin style. It starts with a slow introduction (rubato), which is followed by an Afro-Cuban dance (Nañigo, 12/8 meter). The bluesy theme rises in succesive statements through the string section, while building up to a full orchestral climax. In the middle there is an ad lib solo for distorted electric guitar (written-out template provided).
